The word "retarded" is derogatory and offensive. People often use it on social media to be funny. The funny thing is that are a million better and funnier words out there.

In an effort to show people how not funny they are, we hired some of the funniest people in the world – The Upright Citizens Brigade. We gave them carte blanche to use the Special Olympics Twitter handle to show people how to actually be.
